Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform IG Nachosol Premium Apartments by Servatur (Adults Only) in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, including terraces and balconies. The reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:30. Arrivals outside these hours must check-in at the reception of IG Nachosol Atlantic ****, located at Avda de Fuerteventura, 15.
