Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded between 2 and 3 days after departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked, by bank transfer. Please note that it is not permitted to hold parties at the villa.
