Playa Alojera Beach is located in the municipality of Vallehermoso, on the East side of La Gomera. The Alojera beach is one of the widest, charfull beaches on this island. It’s 200 meters wide and 40 meters width, it has moderated waves and black volcanic sand.
The beach has a nearly rustical atmosphere. On the side there’s an old abandoned pier and all around you might see many cliffs making this one of the most interesting beaches on this municipality.
The best way to get to Alojera is by renting a car and follow the main road from Vallehermoso to Valle Gran Rey. On this road take the exit to the secondary road that leads to Epina and Alojera. From Alojera you can go by foot to the beach next to the old pier.
