The first golf course in Gran Canaria was founded in 1891 (XIX century), the Royal Golf Club of Las Palmas.
Golf has always had a great importance for this island as more than a good climate it also offers beautiful landscapes, from nearly every point on the island, which makes it a perfect spot to enjoy your day while playing golf. There are seven recommended golf courses that you might wish to visit.
