Barlovento Beach

Barlovento Beach is located on the Southwest of the municipality of Pájara, just before reaching El Cofete, on the south of the island of Fuerteventura.

This is nearly a desert beach with more than 6 kilometers wide and 60 meters width. It has a precious golden sand and it reflects an idyllic place for you to rest without any disturb.

In the Barlovento Beach you should be careful as it might support some strong winds and waves.

How to get here:

To arrive here we recommend you to rent a car. If you’re coming from Morro Jable you should catch the exit near the fishing port. After following this road for 40 minutes you should get to el Cofete, once you’re here you’ll see many signs for this closeby beach.

it’s also possible to go by bus as this line starts in El Cofete and has a bus stop 250 meters away from the beach.
