The Los Cristianos Port was born as a fishing shelter during the XVI century. At this time, only four fishermen’s families lived there, they were the founders of this local community. Nowadays, this port has an important infrastructure that’s located in the natural bay which protects it from the dominant Northeast winds.

Los Cristianos, located in the municipality of Arona is one of the most important touristic enclaves of TenerifeIsland.

Los Cristianos is superbly situated as it’s only five minutes away from Tenerife Sur’s airport and it holds three artificial beaches.

Several different shipping companies operate in this port, connecting it with the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. Additionally, from this port, you can also join in tourist excursions to visit places like Acantilado de Los Gigantes, whale watching trips among others.
