Santiago del Teide is a municipality localized on the Northwest region of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands.

In the few kilometers that house this precious municipality you might find numerous natural beautiful places, from nice views and landscapes, the splendid seabed located 50 meters below the sea level, to the enigmatic peaks of the Teide, at 3718 meters above the sea level (the highest peak in Spain) one of the most beautiful volcanoes on the Earth. From all we might conclude that this municipality has a wide variety of climates and insolit landscapes: ample mountainlike landscapes, amazing cliffs, mysterious volcanoes, quiet dark sandy beaches and rich maritime seabeds.

The climate here is very stable which will allow you to enjoy this site on the Tenerife island throughout the year.

Santiago del Teide has been able to preserve and protect both its environment and its cultural traditions offering us, nowadays, a rich and careful atmosphere for our enjoyment. Furthermore this municipality presents good facilities, with low-height buildings, enormous green spaces and a wide offer of entertainment and outdoor activities. Due to all this factors Santiago del Teide has become one of tourists’ favourite sites in Tenerife.

It’s also important to know that Santiago del Teide has one of the most important cetaceans reserves in the Canary Islands. It has a rich litoral side considered a community interest site by the natura 2000 network. It’s registered to become Whales Natural Maritime Park.
