The property of Lercaro Palace is located in the municipality of San Cristóbal de la Laguna on the Northeast of Tenerife, in the Canary islands.

The Lercaro Palace is a construction from the XVI century in the category of Cultural Interest Good.

This building originally belonged to Francisco Lercaro de León in 1593 but it was expanded and improved in numerous occasions (XVII, XVIII and XIX).

Regarding its renaissance style facade, we should point out tht this is the most representative and conserved in whole Canary Islands. Through the San Agustín street you might see a beautiful painting, characteristic of the genoese palaces.

Nowadays the, Casa Lercaro is the head of the Tenerife History Museum and, in its interior you might find and interesting library, an event room and a numerous amount of rooms where many pieces and informational panels on Tenerife’s History are exhibited.
