The Iglesia de Monserrat Church is located in the municipality of San Andrés y Sauces, in the northeast of La Palma.

This church was built in 1513 to satisfy the religious needs of all the Ingenio del Azúcar workers.

Its dimensions and original structure were modified during a XX century reform.

In its interior you might see many flemish pieces as the Virgen de La Piedad piece and a valuable painting on an altarpiece known as Nuestra Señora de Monserrat.
