Los Patos Square, also known as 25th July Square is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the Canary Islands.

The official name is 25th July Square due to the fact that it was on this square that, on the 25th July 1797, the attack of Almirante Nelson was canceled while trying to conquer this island.

The Los Patos Square has a 1330 meters surface. Here you might see a beautiful fountain, a replica of the Las Ranas fountain located in the María Luisa de Sevilla Park. This fountain has a turtle’s statue as well as eight frogs.

This square also has some peculiar benches in which you might observe replicas of the 2nd and 3rd decade of the XX century advertisements. This advertisements used to belong to the commercial firms that contributed to the construction of this square. Surrounding this square you might even look at the samples of indian laurel and palms.
