The Agüimes History Museum is localized on the historic building that belonged to the Verdugo family, which one of the members was the Agüimes Bishop.
In the Agüimes History Museum you’ll find information about the last five centuries of history in the Agüimes municipality since the episcopal lordship, after the spanish conquest of the island (mid XX century).
The museum also exhibits several pieces that have been donated by local inhabitants.
