The Santa Lucía Church is located on the main square of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, on the island of Gran Canaria.
It’s a historic artistic building built in 1905. We ought to highlight it’s wonderful facade, carved in cobblestone with distinct historical-religious motives.
The Santa Lucia Church can be sighted from far away due to its distinct white colour dome with a peculiar shape. Also worthy of mentioning the wooden cross with 50 cms, made by Luján Pérez and the unfinished panel that occupies the frontal wall of the church, done by the paintor José Arencibia.
Nowadays this church is one of the most visited by those that come to Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
