This traditional canary architectonic building, considered Cultural Interest Good, dates back to the XIX century. On this same place the canary Historian José Augustín Álvarez Rixo was born.

The house has two floors and a balcony. Take a closer look at the original balconies, its zoomorphic gargoyles and its elegant viewpoint.

Its facade shows some neo classical elements as its windows with cornices and symmetric hollows
